The Heart Rock Ranch project consisted of constructed wetlands in an existing stream, followed by revegetation of wetland fringes, planting of shrubs and small trees, and seeding fields back to natives, all followed by years of weed control, which is ongoing. This project created many acres of habitat for both aquatic and land animals, birds, and fish.

Erosion Control

IMA used various techniques, including erosion control fabric, straw wattles, and logs to prevent erosion and stabilize streambanks in newly constructed areas.
